You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jll3. This is a strict eligibility requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed and deposits refunded.
Each player may maintain only one active jll3 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses more than once or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.1 To register and maintain an Account on jll3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
3.2 jll3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.3 If jll3 determines at any time that an Account was registered by or is being used by an ineligible person — including but not limited to a person under 21 years of age — jll3 shall be entitled to close the Account immediately. Any Real Money Balance attributable to deposits made by the ineligible person will be refunded; any winnings generated during a period of ineligible use may be voided.
4.1 To use real-money gaming Services on jll3, you must register a Player Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested.
4.2 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on jll3. The opening, maintenance, or use of more than one Account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jll3 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances associated with them.
4.3 You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update your Account information if it changes. jll3 shall not be liable for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated registration information.
4.4 jll3 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
4.5 Account registration constitutes your express representation that all eligibility requirements in Section 3 are met. Providing false eligibility information during registration constitutes fraud.
5.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll3 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your responsibility. jll3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
5.3 Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your Account, whether for play, deposits, or withdrawals — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.4 If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jll3 support immediately. jll3 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.5 You agree to log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared, public, or borrowed devices.
6.1 All transactions on the jll3 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jll3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies except where an approved method provides automatic PHP conversion at the point of transaction (e.g., USDT TRC20).
6.2 Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability. jll3 may modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for all supported payment methods. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by method and Account verification status, and are displayed within the Account Cashier section.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your jll3 Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by jll3's payment processing systems. GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect in real time; bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution.
6.5 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. jll3 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.
6.6 Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
6.7 jll3 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to the Player's Wallet if the withdrawal request is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
6.8 You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. jll3 does not impose processing fees on standard transactions; however, this may be subject to change.
7.1 jll3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to the specific promotion terms published at the time each offer is made available.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jll3 promotions:

8.1 All games offered on the jll3 Platform are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Game Rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the Game Rules expressly state otherwise.
8.2 jll3's non-live games operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. jll3 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for results produced by certified RNG systems operating as intended.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jll3 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet staked to the Player's Wallet. jll3 shall not be liable for winnings that could not be completed due to a technical failure.
8.4 Any winnings arising from an obvious error, manifest mistake, or malfunction in a game (including but not limited to a game displaying an incorrect paytable or paying an anomalous result due to a software defect) shall be considered void and will not be paid out.
8.5 Players are solely responsible for ensuring their device, internet connection, and browser are sufficient to support uninterrupted gameplay. jll3 shall not be liable for losses arising from interruptions outside of jll3's direct control.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll3 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.
10.1 All content on the jll3 Platform — including but not limited to the jll3 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of jll3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other right, title, or interest in any Platform content is granted to you.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jll3 content without prior written consent from jll3.

11.3 jll3 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jll3 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time with or without notice.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jll3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 jll3 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance, and that gambling should be treated as entertainment rather than as a source of income.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jll3 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and jll3, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with jll3 customer support. jll3 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 jll3's records — including transaction logs, game history, communication records, and Account data — shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution process, subject to any demonstrated technical error.
